At CiiGoal, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a convenient return and exchange policy.

Return and Exchange Conditions

We accept returns or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Orders beyond the 30-day return policy period will not be exchanged or returned unless otherwise stated in the product description. The shoes must remain in their original, unworn condition, and all packaging and accessories must be undamaged.

We accept returns and exchanges for defective or non-defective products.

Return and Exchange Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at support@ciigoal.com or 1 (513) 291-3888 to initiate the return and exchange process.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Sometimes, providing clear photos of the product to be returned, such as front, side, and bottom views, can help us resolve your issue more quickly.
  3. Wait for our customer service to send you the return label or return address.
  4. Please return the item in its original packaging; all accessories and packaging need to be returned with the item.
  5. If it's a return, once we receive your return package and verify its integrity, we will initiate a refund using your original payment method.
  6. If it's an exchange, we will begin shipping the new product to you as soon as we receive the shipping information for your return package.

Note:

CiiGoal will not be responsible for the loss or damage of return or exchange shipments; please send the package back in a secure manner.

Do not mail it back to the original address; please return the package to the return address or using the return label provided by our customer support team.

Return and Exchange Shipping Fee

We offer a free returns and exchanges service. No return or exchange processing fee is required, all return and exchange shipping fees will be covered by us, but you are responsible for ensuring that the return is safe.

The Refund Processing Time

Once returns are received they will be inspected and processed within 1-2 business days. When your return processing is complete we will issue your refund back to your original payment method.

Refunds usually arrive within 7 business days, depending on your bank or financial institution.

Refund Amount

We will usually refund the entire amount paid for your order, including shipping charges you paid, etc., unless otherwise negotiated.

Can the Order Be Canceled

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled, you can contact our customer support team for further assistance.

If You Have Received Damaged Items

Please send an email to support@ciigoal.com describing the damage and include photos of the product box it arrived in if the box is crushed or dented. We will respond within 48 hours (business days) and tell you whether we are sending a replacement, or offering a refund.
