Items that are in stock will ship within 0-3 business days from Monday through Sunday (GMT+08:00). Please note that may vary by holidays.

The latest order time required for an order to be processed on the same day is 23:00 (GMT+08:00). Orders that miss the deadline will not be processed until the next working day.

Once the package has been shipped out, we will notify you with a tracking number. Please access your tracking number by clicking the "View My Order" button within your confirmation email.

Shipping Fees

United States:

Orders between $0.00 - $39.99, We will charge $5.99 for postage.

We offer free shipping on orders over $40.00, which will be displayed at checkout.

United Kingdom:

Orders between $0.00 - $39.99, We will charge $7.44 for postage.

We offer free shipping on orders over $40.00, which will be displayed at checkout. (With specific details subject to potential variations due to changes in the exchange rate between USD and GBP)

Australia:

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Shipping Area

Currently, we offer shipping services only within the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. We are actively expanding our shipping services to other countries, so stay tuned! Where mailing is not supported, we will cancel your order and refund you in full.

Tracking Number

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number, but sometimes due to weekend or holiday timings, shipment tracking will be available in 1-2 days.

If you do not receive the delivery email, please log in to check the order or email us.

Cancel / Change Order

If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us with your order number or user name. Then we can find your order quickly. Order cancellations/changes must be made within 12 hours from order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Transportation methods & Customs Fees

Wrong Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. So when the item is lost or returned back due to an incorrect shipping address. We are not responsible for it.
